Meet The Innkeepers!
We're here to ensure you have an amazing stay!
Red Leaf River Inn is owned and operated by Victor Johnston, along with his sons, Alexander and Nikolas. They have lived all over the northern and eastern United States and settled in North Carolina in 2014 after searching through multiple states for the perfect B&B location. Victor envisioned a bed and breakfast where every guest is welcomed like family (don’t worry, they won’t ask you to do the dishes) and made to feel at home. They don’t do lists of rules, curfews, or doilies.
Victor was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and though he has lived all over the United States, yes, he is a Browns fan. He has been cooking all his life, working in many different states in both restaurants and as a caterer. He has done everything from small dinners for a half dozen diners to charity events for hundreds. Since moving to North Carolina, he has discovered both a love and a talent for woodworking and has made nearly all of the pieces in the Inn. He loves meeting new guests and making them feel at home.
Alexander is twelve and was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. He loves Legos, drawing, playing on his PS4, and trying to tell his little brother what to do.
Nikolas is nine and was born in Manassas, Virginia. He loves Legos, drones, saying hi to everyone, and telling his brother no.
