Red Leaf River Inn is a casual, pet and child friendly bed and breakfast. Step inside and you will find a warm welcome, not long lists of rules. We do however, have a few policies to make everyone’s stay better, so please take a moment to read through them before booking.
House Rules
Check In
3:00pm-7:00pm, check in after 7:00pm by prior arrangement only.
Check Out
11:00 a.m.
No Smoking
We are a non-smoking Inn. There is a designated space for smokers in front of the Inn.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. During those times only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is permitted – guests are welcome to bring their own – but drunkenness is not.
Child Friendly
Yes, we are child friendly! Children are always welcome with a well behaved adult. The Chestnut Suite allows up to two adults and two children while the Rhododendron House sleep a maximum of four people, plus space to set up a travel crib. All other rooms have a maximum occupancy of two, including children and infants.
Credit Card On File
A credit card will be taken at time of reservation to hold your stay. A $25 deposit is taken at the time of reservation. Reservations made within our cancellation policy of 7 days will be charged in full at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards and cash at the Inn. Certain bookings made through third party sites will require larger, non refundable deposits at the time of booking. For the best rates, always book direct from our website.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled more than 7 days before first night booked without penalty. Reservations cancelled within 7 days will forfeit the cost of the reservation. Fees may be waived in the event that the room is rebooked.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are pet friendly! We allow pets accompanied by a well behaved owner in the Rhododendron House. Please note pets are not permitted in the main Inn at any time. Maximum of two pets in the room. Pets must be crated if they are left alone in the room and must be leashed if taken outside. A refundable deposit of $50 per pet is required at check in. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of check out provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning requirements. Service animals are always welcome without a deposit.
